The Faculty has established the Harmony Student Government Association, which, based on the principle of "each beauty is beautiful, beauty is common", focuses on the management of student affairs and services, is rooted in the students, and focuses on the needs of the students to promote the coordinated development of students in various aspects.

Under the guidance of the teachers of the school department and grades, Harmony Student Government Association quantifies and optimises the students' behavioural norms through diversified activities and detailed routine management, and mobilises the students and teachers to supervise, build and govern together to internalise the excellent behavioural habits and ideological qualities in their hearts and minds, and to write a new chapter on independent management with the power of youth. Playing the role of "Harmony" Student Self-Government Association, we stimulate students' internal and external awakening, cohesion and teamwork ability, and help each student to draw his/her own portrait of Yinghua students.
